Description:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring speed, quality, and cleanliness
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-line staff and shift supervisors
- Manage stock levels, supplier orders, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue
- Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs within budget
Requirements:
- Minimum 23 years experience in a management role within the QSR/ fast food or hospitality industry
- 3 years GAAP / Micros experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Matric certificate
- (Hospitality or Business Management qualification is a plus)
