Description:
The Group Financial Manager oversees the Finance division, ensuring effective financial management, risk mitigation, compliance, and accurate reporting across the organisation. The role supports strategic and tactical decision-making, cash flow management, ERP systems, and governance, while driving process improvements and operational efficiency within the Group. Requirements / Qualifications:- Relevant tertiary qualification and CA(SA) – non-negotiable
- Manufacturing background essential
- 4–7 years’ experience in a financial leadership role within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Experience managing a medium-sized finance team
- Proven track record in financial reporting, accounting systems, and management information
- Strong financial and risk management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; ERP experience (Acumatica advantageous)
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all organisational levels
