Interested candidates are requested to bring a copy of their updated resume, valid ID, and relevant certificates.

Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism

Present menus and offer recommendations based on customer preferences

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar

Serve meals and drinks promptly and courteously

Monitor tables and attend to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience

Handle customer complaints or concerns with grace and efficiency

Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses

Process payments and issue receipts

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
Desired Experience & Qualification-
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a waiter in a busy restaurant

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service orientation

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Familiarity with POS systems and basic billing procedures

Neat appearance and professional demeanour

Team player with a positive attitude
