Our client, a well-established lodge, is seeking a Management Couple to join their team in the following roles:Positions AvailableFood and Beverage Manager – R16 000 CTC per monthHousekeeping Manager / Manager on Duty (MOD) – R14 000 CTC per monthStaff accommodation includedPreference will be given to a couple applying together Minimum requirements:- Matric
- Hospitality qualification (Certificate or Diploma)
- 3 Years’ experience in a housekeeping / food and beverage supervisory or management role, preferably within a lodge or hotel environment
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, stock control, cost management, and staff supervision
- Strong operational knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures
- Computer literacy essential, including: Point of Sale, Stock control systems and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to live on-site
