Report to the Divisional Accountant:
Perform daily bank reconciliation. Capture new users and update banking details onto the relevant system. Onboard new customers/suppliers with reference to agreements, debit orders and completeness checks. Onboard new products and update commercials on the VAS platform. Process invoices and credit notes. Reconcile accounts and resolve outstanding balances. Complete supplier reconciliations. Perform month end procedures. Process month end journals on the SAP and relevant systems. Assist with budget and forecast preparation. Assist with internal and external audit year-end requirements. Maintain an accurate system of record keeping. Portal administration across Omni departments. Competencies:
