REQUIREMENTS
Immediately available for a maternity cover contract Matric with mathematics as a subject Qualification in Administration is advantageous Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role Experience in a manufacturing environment advantageous Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans DUTIES

Administration:
Check pricing and packaging sizes (Small, Medium, Large, Minis etc.) Check freight rate with Logistics Department Create a file once an order is received and save all documents Update weekly order intake report and intake summary report Update Budget vs Actual report (Quantity & Sales invoiced) General Admin: Travel plans, quotes, bookings, business cards etc. Assist with corporate on future exhibitions: quotes, updating budget etc. Update the Customer Database Meetings:
Prepare meeting minutes for the Sales and Production Planning & Control (PPC) Attend meetings and take the minutes Communicate minutes and action items to responsible parties after meeting Follow up on progress of above and prepare for meeting Customer Complaints:
Responsible for Customer complaint registration Register customer complaints and update project notes Syspro:
Create Proforma invoices for Local and International clients Open Order Proformas after acceptance by customer or notice by sales Create and maintain Shipping Instructions Create new customers on Syspro, and update/maintain as needed Load requisitions: travel expenses and general administration such as business cards Assist sales with the credit note application formsSalary: R negotiable dependent on experience
