About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Meta / PPC Executive to support our marketing team by posting and managing ads across various social media platforms.

This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone eager to grow in paid media and digital advertising. The ideal candidate is meticulous, detail-oriented, and has previous experience posting ads on major social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Post daily advertisements on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Follow established posting schedules, templates, and guidelines
• Monitor engagement, comments, and basic performance metrics
• Report account and performance data to the media buyers
• Update and refresh ads regularly to maintain visibility
• Ensure ads are posted accurately and on time
• Report any platform issues or unusual activity to the marketing team
• Assist with basic content formatting (captions, hashtags, links)

Requirements:

• Fundamentals of digital marketing and brand promotion
• How to track, analyze, and communicate ad performance data
• Professional communication and campaign management processes
