The main purpose of the role:The Customer Experience Advisor is responsible for creating an effortless Customer Experience that will build customer loyalty and increase revenue by providing multi-channel products and customer support in a customer service/call centre environment. By using the organisation's website and other available tools, they must offer products and guide customers to self-serve and transact online. Responsible for quote and order processing on SAP, handling customer queries and complaints and identifying leads. This role requires that you back up other functions within the Customer Experience Department and respective territories.
Requirements:
Matric 3 years + experience in providing multi-channel Customer Service/e-Commerce or Online support and Product Support SAP will be essential Experience in dealing with different types of customers and enquiries Experience in assisting customers with online search and browse for product selection and online transacting. Ability to interpret technical information/specifications correctly Digitally capable Experience or knowledge of the product commodities we distribute (i.e. Process Control and Automation, Electrical and Test and Measurement, Electronics, Tools and Consumables
