Experience:Proven end-to-end SMT experience within a production environment Strong understanding of SMT processes, reflow, AOI, and defect analysis Working knowledge of IPC standards and quality requirements Technical Capability:
Ability to program and set up SMT machines Troubleshooting of line issues, defects, and process deviations Process optimisation to improve first-pass yield, efficiency, and throughput Leadership & Quality Focus:
Proven ability to lead and supervise an SMT team Drive quality, discipline, and adherence to work instructions and standards Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and operational efficiency
