- Lead the full financial management function within a commercial environment.
- Deliver accurate management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Partner with operational leaders to drive profitability and business performance.
- Oversee statutory compliance, audits, and financial controls.
- Support strategic decision-making through strong commercial insight.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Qualified CA(SA) with SAICA.
- Strong academics, ideally Cum Laude.
- ITC and APC passed on first attempt.
- 35 years' post-articles commercial experience in industry.
- Articles completed at a Big 4 audit firm highly preferred.
- Exposure to financial management, reporting, and business partnering in a commercial environment.
- Advanced Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Xero, Sage, NetSuite or similar).
- Based in Cape Town.
- High performance mindset.
- Professional credibility and commercial thinking, not just technical accounting.
