- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a Financial Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of South African tax, payroll, and labour legislation
- Proven experience managing imports and Letters of Credit
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong leadership and team management ability
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
