Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Workshop Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy multi-franchise service workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising workshop productivity, maintaining high quality standards, ensuring manufacturer compliance across multiple brands, and delivering an excellent customer aftersales experience.
This role requires a strong technical background combined with proven leadership and operational management skills.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician, or Workshop Manager in a dealership environment

Strong technical background with modern vehicle systems, diagnostics, and electronics

Experience working within a multi-franchise or multi-brand environment is highly desirable

Demonstrated leadership and team management experience

Strong understanding of workshop KPIs (efficiency, productivity, recovery rate)

Valid driver’s license
