Description:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, greeting and assisting guests and clients in a professional and courteous manner. The Receptionist will also handle a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist all visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
2. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
4. Schedule appointments and meetings
5. Maintain a neat and organized reception area
6. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and office operations
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
7. Previous customer service experience is a plus
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Office-based role with occasional opportunities for remote work
