Location: Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal
We are seeking a passionate and creative Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing diverse menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and prepare daily menus with seasonal ingredients
• Supervise kitchen operations and staff
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Control stock and manage food costs
Requirements:
• Culinary qualification or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years in a professional kitchen
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Creativity and passion for food
