ADMIN ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION – STOREWELL STORAGE
Inter alia:
Offer friendly and courteous service to all our customers.
Support the Accounts Administrator and Manager in their functions.
Oversee Admin/Finance functions.
Emails are responded to timeously.
Invoicing is done daily and accurately.
Accurate reconciliation of Petty Cash and Absa Accounts.
All new customers have signed contracts.
All Receipts and Expenses are timeously captured to ensure Vat Returns and Management Accounts are done timeously.
Ensure Credit Control is timeously and effectively done in order to keep the Age Analysis below R100k.
Liaise with the Accountant where necessary.
Deal with any Accident and Insurance issues.
Ensure Company information is backed up every week.
Accuracy of information for the financial reports.
Bad debts are below 2%.
Valet Parking Invoices are done daily, and Storage Invoices are done by the 26th of each month.
Pastel experience is a MUST (Assessment will be conducted)
Saturday Working
Manage Drivers and bookings.
Ensure week-end sheets are up to date before departing the premises
Ensure timeous collection and drop-off of client's vehicles at the Airport.
Salary 13-14 k
