Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, tracking expenses, and analyzing financial data. The Accountant will also be expected to follow all accounting principles and regulations and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain financial records
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Track and monitor expenses
- Conduct regular financial audits
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist in budget planning and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
- Provide financial reports to management
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other members of the finance team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficient in financial software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
