CSG Facilities Division is currently recruiting experienced and dedicated South African individuals to join our Food & Beverage team in the Bellville area.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS:
• Waiters / Waitresses
• Chefs / Kitchen Staff
REQUIREMENTS – WAITERS
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress (preferred)
Computer literate
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional
Team player with a positive attitude
REQUIREMENTS – CHEFS
Proven experience as a chef or in a professional kitchen
Knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and time-management skills
Relevant culinary qualification will be an advantage
Grade 12 /
Equivalent
Computer literate
National Certificate (Vocational):
Hospitality (NQF Level 4, SAQA
registered) / CATHSSETA Professional
Cookery (NQF Level 4, SAQA registered)
- has obtained some form of recognised
culinary qualification.
Higher Certificate
in Food & Beverage Operations
Management (NQF Level 5)
advantageous.
Culinary related
Diploma is advantageous.
Computer
literacy is essential particularly with a
proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Applicant must have a minimum of 1 - 3
years culinary experience in a formally
brigaded kitchen.
