Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team in Port Nolloth.
This role suits someone who enjoys keeping things in order, supporting a busy office, and working with people on a daily basis.
Duties will include:
General office administration and filing
Answering phones and emails
Capturing data and updating records
Assisting operations and management with admin tasks
Basic invoicing / document handling (training provided)
Requirements:
Matric (essential)
Previous admin or office experience preferred
Good computer skills (Excel, email, basic systems)
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Based in or willing to work in Port Nolloth
