Key Responsibilities
Drive profitable sales growth across the region Develop and implement regional sales strategies, budgets, and forecasts Recruit, coach, and manage Sales Consultants for optimal performance Strengthen partnerships with internal and external stakeholders Monitor sales performance against targets Implement calling programmes and agency engagement plans Maintain accurate MIS reporting and market intelligence Plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives aligned to brand strategy RequirementsTertiary qualification in Business Management (advantageous) 57 years experience in a sales management role Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Solid understanding of the South African property market Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office
