We are a new and established guesthouse based in Pinetown.
We looking for an efficient and well groomed supervisor to assist in managing the guesthouse.
- Operational Oversight: Managing daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure high standards.
- Guest Service: Delivering 5-star service, handling check-ins/check-outs, and resolving complaints professionally.
- Staff Management: Hiring, training, rostering, and motivating staff.
- Administrative & Financial: Handling inventory control, budgeting, and reporting on daily operations to owners. Requirements: 2-3 years experience is an advantage Traceable references Well mannered and sober habits Own transport is an advantage Read, write and speak English fluently Be able to work on weekends.
