Description:
The Retail Sales Manager will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the retail store, including customer service, staff, inventory, cashiers, and sales associates. The role’s primary objective is to maximise profits while maintaining high operational efficiency, excellent customer service, and company standards. Minimum Requirements- Matric or equivalent; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in retail sales, with at least 2–3 years in a management role.
- Experience in Industrial Hardware, Steel, or Fluid Control industries preferred.
- Understanding of retail processes and procedures; Syspro experience required.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills; able to work under pressure and drive a team.
- Vibrant, extroverted personality with strategic thinking and planning capability.
- Computer literate and proficient in using MS Office and retail management systems.
