Job Description:
Design practical, efficient engineering solutions with a strong focus on simplicity, accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability Produce high-quality assembly and detailed manufacturing drawings in accordance with relevant industry standards Develop part specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), production documentation, and technical manuals Manage and implement Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) across existing designs Maintain and issue revisions to drawings, material lists, and equipment documentation Create layout drawings for customer manufacturing facilities and production environments Prepare Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) Provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing teams and assist technicians on site when required
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience in machine design and manufacturing At least 2 years hands-on experience using CAD software Strong computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Excel, and 2D CAD tools Proven capability in 3D CAD for machine and equipment design Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required A positive, self-driven, and reliable work ethic
Qualification:
Dip, BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering
