Job Description:Prepare competitive HVAC quotations for new and existing clients across commercial, industrial, and residential projects Lead and manage HVAC tenders from initial enquiry through to successful submission Produce compliant HVAC designs in line with recognised industry standards and best practices Oversee full project delivery, including materials, subcontractors, health & safety, commissioning, and final handovers ensuring high-quality installations while driving cost efficiency Collaborate closely with Procurement and Stores to prevent supply delays and optimise stock availability Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and compliant with required standards Take full ownership of site operations, from single-unit installations to large-scale, multi-million rand projects
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience within the HVAC industry Strong ability to interpret building plans and HVAC design overlays with confidence Demonstrated success in managing projects from planning through to completion Commercially minded with a strong sales orientation and client-focused approach Competent in Microsoft Office, with solid working knowledge of Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-centric manner Must have own transport and valid drivers license
Qualification:
Matric
N5/N6 minimum qualification (University Degree Highly Advantageous)
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
