We’re looking for a reliable and confident Live Chat Agent to join our team in a fully remote, work-from-home position. If you’re quick on the keyboard, communicate clearly, and enjoy assisting customers in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Duties include:
• Handling live chat conversations in a professional and friendly manner
• Responding to customer queries with accurate information
• Managing multiple chat conversations efficiently
• Representing the company as the first point of contact
Requirements:
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Computer literate with fast and accurate typing skills
• Customer-focused, patient, and solution-driven
• Reliable and punctual, able to work set shifts
• Able to remain calm under pressure
