The Tally Clerk is responsible for accurately counting and recording inventory in a warehouse or distribution center using tallying equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Count and record inventory using tallying equipment
- Ensure accurate and timely tallying of goods
- Maintain inventory records and reports
- Verify and reconcile discrepancies in inventory counts
- Assist with inventory audits as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a tally clerk or in a similar role preferred
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
