Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the maintenance team to meet production and uptime targets
Plan, execute, and analyse preventative and breakdown maintenance
Diagnose faults and drive equipment upgrades and improvements
Manage critical spares, maintenance schedules, and reports
Oversee PLC systems, backups, and engineering projects
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards
Support continuous improvement and people development
Requirements:
Trade tested Millwright / Fitter / Electrician
Minimum 5 years maintenance experience (automotive manufacturing preferred)
Proven supervisory experience
PLC exposure and project management experience
Willingness to work overtime when required
