Minimum requirements:Matric is essential, with a tertiary qualification beneficial Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience Proven experience with FNB bond registrations and cancellations Proven experience with ABSA bond registrations and cancellations Implement and manage all necessary systems to enable the firm to offer conveyancing services Full management of property transactions and the transfer process Vetting of property transfer-related transactions Handling of bonds, transfers and deceased estate transfers Excellent attention to detail and quality focused Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
