Job Overview
We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives with at least 1 year of sales experience to support our outbound and inbound sales efforts. This role is suited to individuals who are comfortable engaging prospects, managing a sales pipeline, and working toward performance targets in a structured sales environment.

Compensation
- $3 - $5 per hour dependant on experience
Work Arrangement

- Must be able to work aligned with operational business hours

Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective customers via outbound and inbound channels
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads
- Present services and solutions clearly and professionally
- Manage opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handover post-sale
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence handling objections and closing conversations
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and well-organized
- Prior experience with CRM systems is an advantage
