CAREGIVER NEEDED – RETIREMENT HOME / PRIVATE HOME
Location: Gauteng
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Start Date: Immediately
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to assist elderly residents in a retirement home and for private (vate) home care placements.
Duties include:
Assisting elderly clients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, feeding)
Administering medication as prescribed
Monitoring health and wellbeing
Light housekeeping related to patient care
Companionship and emotional support
Assisting with mobility and exercises where required
Requirements:
Certified Caregiver qualification
Previous experience in a retirement home or private home care
Good communication skills
Patience, compassion, and reliability
Ability to work shifts (day/night/weekends if required)
Valid ID or passport with legal right to work (preferred)
Advantageous:
First Aid certificate
Experience with bedridden or dementia patients
