We are hiring reliable call centre agents to work remotely.

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Location: 100% Remote (Work from home)

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls

• Provide customer support and basic issue resolution

• Accurately document calls and customer information

• Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times

  Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Reliable internet connection

  • Laptop or desktop with headset

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

  • Previous call centre experience is a plus (not required)
