Position: Counter Salesman – Truck Parts
Location: Boksburg Area
Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Counter Salesman with solid experience in truck parts sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, closing deals, and earning commission through strong sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Actively sell truck parts to walk-in and repeat customers

Identify customer needs and recommend the correct parts quickly and accurately

Upsell and cross-sell parts to maximise sales value

Prepare quotations, close sales, and process orders efficiently

Build long-term relationships with fleet customers and mechanics
-
Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
-
Provide excellent after-sales service to encourage repeat business
Requirements:
-
Proven experience in counter sales within the truck parts industry
-
Knowledge of Tata and FAW truck parts will be a strong advantage

Strong sales ability with a customer-focused mindset
-
Confident communicator with negotiation skills

Self-motivated and target driven
Remuneration:

Basic salary + commission (performance based)
