Mineral Porcessing Plant
Key Responsibilities
Implement and execute the processing and production strategy
Manage plant utilization, throughput, and recovery targets
Control production and process costs; assist with budgeting and CAPEX motivation
Lead and develop plant personnel (performance, training, succession planning)
Ensure compliance with HSE, security, statutory, and client requirements
Manage process quality control and operational discipline
Maintain strong client relationships and workplace culture
Compile and submit production and operational reports
Technical & Leadership Requirements
Strong knowledge of diamond plants, DMS and Recovery circuits
Proven leadership and team management capability
Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills
Solid understanding of mining HSE and environmental regulations
Financial, technical, and operational decision-making ability
Computer literacy (MS Office) and reporting competence
Qualifications
Minimum: Degree in Metallurgy (recognized institution) + Code 8
Advantage: Metallurgy or related degree + Management qualif
