Description:
This role is ideally suited to an experienced individual with a passion for guest services and experiences, while also having strong organisation and communication skills.Core Criteria:
- 3-5 years of similar experience at a luxury hospitality establishment
- Need to be proficient using social media platforms
- Proven experience in planning and executing events
- Ability to comfortable manage staff
- Must have excellent attention to detail and have a flair for aesthetics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Service-driven nature and passion for creating memorable guest experiencesCore Responsibilities:
- Oversee and deliver seamless end-to-end guest experiences, ensuring consistently high service standards across all touchpoints
- Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site events and special occasions, managing logistics, timelines, and supplier relationships
- Curate and manage social media content to reflect the propertys brand, aesthetic, and guest experience in real time and post-stay
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail in guest presentation, event styling, and overall look and feel of guest-facing areas
- Lead, train, and supervise guest experience and front-of-house staff, ensuring alignment with service expectations and brand valuesThis is a live-out position.
