- Build predictive models from scratch (exploration feature engineering development deployment)
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise model performance
- Collaborate closely in a supportive, highâ??energy team
- Adapt quickly and problemâ??solve effectively
- Document insights, processes, and model behaviour
What Were Looking For:
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- 24 years experience in data science / predictive modelling
- Strong SQL skills
- Strong Python proficiency
- Proven endâ??toâ??end model development experience
- Critical thinker with strong communication skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Machine learning frameworks
- AI experience or exposure to AI-driven solutions
- Experience in high-performance, collaborative environments
