Description:
Minimum requirements:BCom/B Compt degree 4 - 7 years relevant experience Exposure to finance, compliance, audit, risk or governance roles Working knowledge of BEE requirements and audit processes ESG exposure advantageous Duties will be but not limited to: supporting CFO and finance team with financial reporting and audit preparation Assist with management accounts, recons and compliance documentation Coordinate information requests from auditors and advisors Maintain corporate governance records, policies and statutory filings Support board and committee compliance documentation Track regulatory and Companies Act compliance items Maintain and update Risk Registers under management guidance Assist with risk identification workshops and documentation Track mitigation actions and reporting Coordinate B-BBEE documentation and verification support Assist during financial and BEE audits Support ESG data collection, reporting and compliance tracking
