Minimum requirements:Matric Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Hospitality is an advantage 2 Years of experience in stock or inventory management, preferably in a lodge, hotel, or hospitality environment Experience with stock control systems or inventory software Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Basic computer literacy Valid drivers license will be advantageous
