Description:
- Manage day-to-day security operations across allocated sites
- Supervise, deploy, and discipline security personnel
- Ensure compliance with PSIRA regulations and company policies
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
- Handle client queries and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
- Compile operational reports for management
- Ensure proper staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management
- Oversee uniforms, equipment, and operational readiness
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience as an operations Manager within the security industry
- Valid PSIRA Grade A (non-negotiable)
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
