About the Role
We are seeking a qualified, highly organised, and detail-oriented Tenders Administrator to manage the full tender process from initiation to submission. The successful candidate will ensure all tenders are submitted accurately, compliantly, and on time, while maintaining proper records and supporting procurement and business development functions.
Key Responsibilities -Coordinate and manage all tender submissions and related documentation
-Review tender requirements and ensure full compliance with specifications and deadlines
-Liaise with internal departments to obtain required information and supporting documents
-Maintain and update tender registers and submission schedules
-Track tender progress and prepare status and outcome report
-Ensure accurate filing, archiving, and record-keeping of all tender documents
-Provide administrative support to procurement and business development teams
Minimum Requirements -Matric / High School Diploma (essential)
-Tertiary qualification in Administration, Procurement, or Business Management (mandatory)
-Proven experience in tender administration, procurement, or a similar role
-Strong knowledge of tender processes, procedures, and compliance requirements
-Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills
-High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
