Leads Specialist - Property Sales - Western Cape Property & Real Estate Opportunities with a leading Developer in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town as well as the Midrand area- A prominent property group is seeking skilled Leads Specialists with in-depth knowledge of the Cape Town residential rental market.
Qualification:
- Matric Certificate
- PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate (advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a call centre environment (insurance or sales advantageous)
- Proven ability to sell telephonically
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Multilingual capability (English plus additional official languages advantageous)
- Strong work ethic and performance orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with CRM systems and structured workflows
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls
- Secure property viewing appointments
- Maintain high call centre performance standards
- Compile and analyse conversion rate reports
- Interpret marketing data to optimise lead conversion strategies
