A national FMCG and retail company is seeking a Food Department Manager to join our team in Meyerton .
Location: Meyerton (successful candidate must be based in Meyerton )

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the food market to maximize sales in line with budget and targets

Ensure departmental sales meet budget objectives

Maximise sales through effective use of selling space, displays, layouts, commercial plans, and demos

Deliver a consistent customer shopping experience in line with service standards

Manage operational standards, stock accuracy, and controls for shrinkage and waste

Ensure timely replenishment of stock

Implement and monitor all departmental activities
