Hotel Receptionist / Administrator - George
Our client in the hospitality sector is looking for a dynamic, self-motivate candidate to join their team.
The ideal candidate must be hands-on, lead by example and have excellent attention to detail.
Duties include but not limited to: -
- Checking guests in / out
- Ensure all payments are received prior to check out
- Handle all incoming bookings through various platforms and travel agents
- Sending out quotations and proforma invoice as and when required
- Making bookings and allocations of rooms
- Assist with room checks to ensure rooms have been cleaned properly and are ready for check in
- Ensure all check out rooms are cleaned - liaise with housekeeping
- Maintain excellent guest relations
- Assist with invoicing and debt collection as and when needed
- Any other duties as required by senior management
