We look forward to welcoming a new internal Sales Representative to our team.Position overview:We are seeking a motivated and experienced internal sales representative to join our dynamic team in the steel industry. the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients and partners. This role is based in George and involves handling clients' inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the sales teamQualifications:Matric coupled with sales / marketing diploma preferredFluent in English and AfrikaansValid driver's licenceFully computer literate -MS Office Suite, Syspro2 - 3 years within a similar role, Experience in Steel Industry - hugely beneficial Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship management - develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Order processing - accurately process client orders, ensuring timely delivery and handling any issues that may arise
  • Sales Support - assist the external sales team by preparing quotes, managing client accounts, and providing necessary documentation.
  • Product Knowledge - conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Sales Reporting - Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas of improvement
  • Team Collaboration - work closely with the sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Budget - work to targets and budgets - monthly / yearly
