• • A well established law firm is urgently seeking a highly skilled

Conveyancer / Notary to manage property transfers, drafting of legal deeds, and execution of notarial documents. The successful candidate will communicate with clients, attorneys, and external correspondents to ensure the accurate, compliant, and timely completion of conveyancing and notarial matters.

Requirements

• Qualified Attorney admitted to practice law
• Admission as a Conveyancer in accordance with local law
• Admission as a Notary Public , with current registration
• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in conveyancing and notarial practice
• Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and notarial legislation
• Proven experience communicating with correspondents and external stakeholders
• Excellent drafting, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
