VACANCY: Senior Project Manager (Civil / Electrical Engineering) on a contract basis with a possibility of becoming permanent
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our growing team and lead complex projects within the construction and infrastructure environment.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering (NQF Level 7 or higher)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Manage multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and consultants
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements
Manage contracts, variations, claims, and risk mitigation
Provide accurate project reporting to senior management and stakeholders
Drive cost control, productivity, and operational efficiency
Maintain strong client, supplier, and stakeholder relationships
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in project management within the construction, civil, or electrical environment
Proven track record of managing large-scale or complex projects
Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficient in project management tools and MS Office
Valid driver’s licence (essential)
