Process Improvement: Drive coding standards, improve internal libraries, and implement new technologies to enhance productivity and quality.

Project Planning: Define program objectives and logical sequences (flowcharts/specs) in collaboration with clients.

Quality Assurance: Oversee comprehensive testing and debugging to verify program operation and performance.
Minimum Requirements:

Education: National Diploma in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.

Experience: Proven track record in full-stack development and software maintenance.

Foundations: Software Architecture, Algorithm Design, and Performance Tuning.
