Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 10+ years experience in a senior marketing management role
  • Industry experience within automotive parts, aftermarket, warehousing, logistics, or distribution will be a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment
Strong leadership and people management experience, including managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media, and performance analytics Experience managing marketing budgets, tracking ROI, and reporting on campaign performance Strong commercial and financial acumen with a data-driven decision-making approach Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern marketing platforms (CRM systems, analytics tools, social media platforms) Energetic, results-driven, and able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
