CA(SA) qualification (registered with SAICA) Minimum 5 years experience within the citrus/agricultural sector in similar position Strong knowledge of agricultural costing, packhouse operations, export margins, and seasonal cash flow cycles Experience with IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory compliance Advanced ERP and financial systems experience Proven leadership and people management skills
