Design, develop, and support BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and visualizations Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory / Synapse and the Microsoft BI stack Develop and optimize data models, queries, views, and database objects Integrate data from diverse on-prem, cloud, vendor, and Office 365 sources Apply performance tuning and database optimization techniques Collaborate with DevOps and participate in testing and release cycles Enforce data quality, security, and development standards Review code, oversee BI solution quality, and mentor junior team members Drive innovation and adoption of modern data technologies What youll bring
34 year IT qualification in Software Development Relevant Microsoft certification in the Data space 6+ years IT experience, with 4+ years in BI/Data Analytics Strong experience with SQL Server, Power BI, SSIS, SSAS Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory / Synapse Pipelines Solid understanding of data warehousing, modelling, and reporting Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience in financial services or insurance is a strong advantage Why join us
