Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator based in Fernadale, Randburg. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, overseeing office operations, maintaining efficiency in handling office equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires effective communication with staff and clients to ensure smooth functioning of the office environment.

Core Competencies & Responsibilities

  • 1-3 years in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
  • Familiarity with handling Office Equipment and ensuring operational efficiency
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to re-confirm all hotel and transfer bookings
  • Assisting with internal events and team activities
  • Supporting basic company social media tasks
  • Proficiency in relevant office software tools is preferable
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
