Job Title: Inventory Clerk (Part-Time – 3 Days per Week)

Working Hours: 3 days per week
Job Purpose
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to manage and support inventory control activities on a part-time basis. The role ensures accurate stock records, efficient stock movement, and compliance with inventory procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Capture, update, and maintain accurate inventory records
Perform stock counts and assist with cycle counts and reconciliations
Receive, issue, and record stock movements
Investigate and report stock variances
Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures
Maintain orderly storage areas and documentation
Liaise with procurement and operations as required
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric)
Previous experience in inventory, stores, or stock control (advantageous)
Basic computer literacy (MS Excel or inventory systems)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
